Instructions: How to request data from the Land Registry (step by step)

Filling out the online form:
- Go to the Order Request website (https://omdata.skgeodesy.sk/) or click the button below this text.
- The date on which the data is currently available is indicated at the top of the form.
- Fill out the form "Request for ordering data from ISKN" all mandatory fields (marked with an asterisk *). The municipality/city has a legal right to free data within the scope of its jurisdiction.
- Acceptance of license terms

Submission and confirmation
- Click on the "send"
- A notification will be sent to the municipality's email address: Request for cadastral data of the municipality - NAME OF MUNICIPALITY
- The notification will inform you that the order will be checked and GKÚ will send the order later.

Physical signing and sending
- You will receive your order in PDF format at the email address you provided in your request.
- This document must be printed.
- Sign it with the mayor's signature and stamp it with the municipality's seal.
- Send by mail or electronically (ÚPVS) to the following address:

Publish and send link
- The signed order received will be published in Central Register of Contracts
- A direct link to the ZIP file will be sent to the municipality's email address. ZIP file with the requested data
- ZIP packages are password protected

Unpacking data
- An SMS message will be sent to the mobile phone number provided in the order SMS message with 16-digit password
- Use the password to unzip the the ZIP file with the data
- The data is available in the following formats: VGI (vector cadastral map), DBF and FPU (descriptive information)
- At mapsfy.com, you can import this data as it is without installing any additional programs. All you need to do is enter the 16-digit password.
