Systém spája údaje z rôznych LV a zobrazuje podiely, celkové aj alikvotné výmery a tiež údaje o nájmoch a majetku v správe subjektu. Prehľad je možné exportovať do tabuľky pre ďalšie použitie.

The new Taxes module visualizes parcels with assessed taxes directly on the map and highlights "white spots" where data is missing or does not match the cadastral register. The tool allows you to search by parcel, land register, owner, or register, switch to cadastral data, and quickly check for discrepancies between tax records and the cadastral register.

The new map view in the Cadastre tool provides a clear panel displaying parcels, title deeds, owners, and buildings. It allows you to quickly view current and historical cadastral data, track changes in ownership or area, and better understand the information in context.

The intuitive Search tool enables fast full-text searches in current and historical land registry data. This makes it easier to find records of land, parcels or owners even from previous periods.

The function simplifies the analysis of changes and checking the historical development of data. Searching by name is complemented by the possibility of quick filtering directly in the map window. In addition to cadastral data, the tool also searches other records, such as passports - without having to browse through catalogues, folders or tables, you can get to the data you need right now.

We have added a new layer Boundaries of use for taxes 2025 (© Agricultural Payments Agency) to the list of public layers. The layer is accessible to all users and provides an overview of land use in individual cadastral territories, making it easier to check tax return data.

Subscribers have extended functionality - they can view self-managed farmers (SHR) colour-coded by user, giving them a more accurate overview of actual land use.

The NLC Forest Categorization layer for Tax 2025 (© National Forestry Centre) has been added to the system, which provides an overview of data and acreage by National Forestry Centre (NLC). The layer is optimised for the tax return needs of municipalities and cities and provides an accurate basis for verifying forest land data.

The layer shows the acreage of each parcel and its tax assessment by forest category, making it easy to check the correct classification of parcels and assess the land tax impact within a specific cadastre.

The overview is colour-coded:
- yellow indicates protective forests, where land tax is not generally applied,
- green indicates economic forests, where tax is normally levied according to the municipality's current rates.

The aim of the layer is to simplify the checking of the accuracy of the data used in the tax returns and to provide a comprehensive, professionally sound basis for decision-making on the assessment of the tax, in accordance with the categorisation of the forests and the local municipality's tax rates.

The map application processes the cadastre data from the GKÚ directly in 7-Zip format. Thus, the files do not need to be unzipped or converted in external programs before import. The password to the files from the GKÚ, which the user receives via SMS, can be entered into the system during the import process.

The layers interface is now more intuitive and comfortable to use. Manage both the visibility and order of layers in the "My" and "Active" tools with more control. The view is now controlled by the eye icon - if you turn a layer off, it stays in the active list and you can turn it back on at any time. If you no longer need to work with a layer, simply remove it from active using the new "Remove from Active" button.

Sharing map compositions is now much easier. You can share any open map with a button directly from the map view. When creating a link, you can choose a name and specify its validity period. Additionally, clicking "Copy and Save" will also add the map to the My section so you can access it quickly.
