TAX AGENDA
Tax passport
The Tax Register links cadastral data with land use boundaries, agricultural land parcels, and forest types into a unified map layer for tax administration. Each segment contains the exact area, land use type, and a link to the taxpayer. The system allows users to verify the accuracy of the assessed tax and calculate amounts based on the rates and coefficients specified in the applicable municipal regulation.

's Ownership Overview (No Search Required)
The system automatically generates an overview of all assets owned by both individuals and legal entities. It displays each entity’s holdings in a comprehensive report, even if the assets are spread across multiple parcels or title deeds. The overview includes ownership shares, total and proportional land areas, lease information, and a map view. The overview can be exported to a spreadsheet for further use.

TAX AGENDA
Tax return audit
Automatic comparison of tax returns with cadastral data. At a glance, you can see what the taxpayer has declared correctly, what is missing, and where there are incorrect data. The function accurately calculates aliquot areas according to ownership shares, eliminating manual errors. The output of the check is ready for export for further processing.

Changelog
Version 26.6
Version 26.6
Ownership summaries for both individuals and legal entities—which consolidate all parcels, title deeds, and various Land Registry entries pertaining to a given entity into a single output (alias)—are generated automatically and do not need to be created manually.
Version 26.5
Version 26.5
In the Taxes module, aliases (ownership overviews) have been linked to the Tax Passport. Using an alias, a user can check a taxpayer’s tax return and go directly to the same owner’s alias in the Tax Passport.

Rent, management fees, and their proportional shares are now calculated automatically with every data import. At the same time, if a note contains only some parcels from the Land Register, the ownership overview displays only those parcels for which a legal relationship exists.

When reviewing a tax return and navigating to a parcel detail, the last display state is preserved. Upon returning, the user can continue working without having to reset settings or navigate again.
Version 26.4
Version 26.4
Overviews of legal entities’ property holdings—which consolidate all parcels, title deeds, and various Land Registry entries pertaining to a given entity into a single report (alias)—are generated automatically and do not need to be created manually.

The tax register is supplemented with forest type layers to distinguish between commercial and protective forests when assessing the tax. The forest area is divided into segments with corresponding acreage and forest type, which are linked to a specific taxpayer.

After setting the rates and coefficients in accordance with the applicable municipal regulation, the system calculates the tax amounts to be assessed and prepares the data for export for further processing.
Version 26.3
Version 26.3
The tax passport creates a map base for land tax by combining data from the real estate cadastre (parcels C and E) with land use boundaries and SHR records. The territory is divided into segments with corresponding area and type of use, which are linked to a specific taxpayer.

The system compares cadastral data on ownership with other tools that verify the actual status. This makes it possible to verify the correctness and amount of the tax assessed and to identify differences in the size or type of land.

After setting the rates and coefficients according to the valid VZN, the system calculates the amounts to be assessed and prepares the data for export for further processing.
Version 26.2
Version 26.2
Tax return verification allows you to search for a taxpayer by name, personal identification number, or company identification number and compare their tax return with data in the real estate cadastre.

The property is automatically divided into three states of conformity - not found in the land registry (items from the tax return are not found in the land registry), registered in the land registry (correctly declared items from the tax return that match the land registry data), and not listed in the tax return (items in the land registry that are missing from the tax return).

The function calculates aliquot areas according to ownership shares and prepares the output for export for further processing.
Version 26.1
Version 26.1
The total overview of ownership of one person or organization groups all parcels, title deeds, and various entries in the Land Register relating to the entity into one output (alias).

It displays ownership shares, total and aliquot areas, data on leases, and management of the entity's assets.
Version 25.6
Version 25.6
Card-based browsing of the real estate cadastre in a clear panel. It combines intuitive search and quick filters over a single active cadastral import.

A new attribute table that allows you to quickly filter results by register, LV, area, or owner using clear labels (chips).

An improved data import process makes it easier to enter the source KN data file, tax documents, and related parameters.

When working with the cadastre, only one active KN import is ever used, which is initialized automatically during a search. There is no duplication of displayed and filtered data.
Version 25.5
Version 25.5
Extension of functionality in account representation - wider printing options.
Version 25.4
Version 25.4
Supported import formats of the cadastre have been extended with 7z (7-Zip). The change responds to the modification of the compressed file format provided by the GKÚ.

Faster search and new search filters. Full-text search enhanced with filtering chips to help refine searches.
Version 25.3
Version 25.3
Integration of broader search in the map window. Full-text search extended with historical cadastral data.
Version 25.2
Version 25.2
Clearer display of layers and search results.
Version 25.1
Version 25.1
